Todd Hirshorn

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Todd Hirshorn has spent more than 25 years building technology for medical practices, with a focus on the places where patient communication, clinical workflow, and practice operations break down.

He founded Mednetrix in the late 1990s, one of the first patient-engagement platforms adopted by practices at scale. Mednetrix was later acquired by WebMD.

Across thousands of clinics, Todd has worked closely with physicians, practice owners, and operators to understand the daily friction inside medical practices: patients searching online for answers, staff overwhelmed by routine communication, intake forms disconnected from the chart, EHRs that bury important context, and valuable clinical work that often goes undocumented.

He built MednBot to solve those problems at the operating-system level. Not as another tool in the stack, but as a new layer for the modern practice.

Michael Levy, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Michael Levy is a practicing physician and one of the country's most experienced fertility practice leaders.

He helped build Shady Grove Fertility from a single Maryland practice into one of the largest fertility specialty groups in the United States, with 49 locations, more than 38 physicians, and more than 100,000 babies delivered.

He has lived the problems MednBot is designed to solve: routine patient communication that consumes staff time, patient education that is hard to scale, documentation burden, recall compliance, safety escalation, and care that continues long after the visit ends.

At MednBot, Dr. Levy reviews clinical workflows from the perspective of a physician who has actually run them. His role is to make sure every protocol, escalation rule, and patient-facing message meets the standard of a real medical practice before it reaches the field.

Jason McNeal

Chief Technology Officer

Runs the engineering that your patients touch every time they reach your practice through MednBot. Comes from hyperscale consumer infrastructure where reliability is measured in customer minutes — if the system stutters, the customer is gone. Brings that operational discipline to clinical software, where the cost of a stutter is measured in patient calls your front desk has to triage by hand.

HIPAA and clinical-software experience from federal health technology. The platform stays up because the engineer who built it understands what "stays up" actually costs your practice when it doesn't.

Karen Zuckerman

Chief Marketing Officer

Karen Zuckerman is a brand builder, entrepreneur, and consumer marketing strategist with four decades of experience helping companies communicate with clarity, trust, and humanity.

She was the founder and CEO of HZ, a 175-person integrated brand and creative agency with offices in Washington, DC, New York, and Baltimore. HZ was acquired by WPP in 2018.

Karen is also the co-founder of Dormify, a direct-to-consumer brand that became a leading voice in dorm and small-space living for Gen Z. Dormify was acquired by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2025.

At MednBot, Karen brings that consumer instinct to healthcare. She leads brand, marketing, and patient-facing communication.

Dave Browner

Chief Experience Officer

Two decades shaping product and experience for the B2B software platforms businesses sit inside all day — the systems where loyalty is won or lost in the small moments of everyday use, not in the first demo.

He designs from the daily-usability lens: not the prospect seeing a polished walkthrough once, but the staff member opening the platform for the two-hundredth time this month. The screens have to stay fast, clear, and forgiving long after the first impression fades.

At MednBot, Dave owns the patient and staff experience end to end. His work is to make a platform that carries the full weight of a busy practice still feel effortless to the people who live in it every day — because software that is only powerful gets worked around, while software that feels right gets relied on.
