Our Leadership Team

Built by people who know your practice

MednBot is built by people who have spent their careers inside medical practice. Engineers who keep mission-critical systems running, a practicing physician who built one of the country’s largest specialty groups, and operators who have spent careers fixing what bad practice software gets wrong.

Todd Hirshorn

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Spent 25+ years building software that medical practices actually use. Founded Mednetrix in the late 1990s, the first patient-engagement platform that practices adopted at scale, and sold it to WebMD. Has sat with practice owners and operators across thousands of clinics figuring out where technology lets the doctor down: the patient at home turning to ChatGPT and Google for answers, the doctor’s time spent untangling what they were told, the intake forms that never reach the chart, the EHR that buries the most important fact about the visit.

Built MednBot to fix the parts of practice life he watched physicians live with for two decades. Not another tool for your stack. The tool you wished the others were.

Michael Levy, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Spent his career as a practicing physician. Built Shady Grove Fertility from a single Maryland practice into one of the largest fertility specialty groups in the country: 49 locations, 38+ physicians, more than 100,000 babies delivered. Lived every problem this platform tries to solve: routine inbound calls that consume staff time, recall compliance leaking out the back door, scribing burnout, patient education that never quite scales.

Now reviews every clinical workflow on the MednBot platform from the standpoint of a physician who actually ran them. The peer in the room every protocol, every escalation rule, and every patient-facing message has to satisfy before it ships to your practice.

Jason McNeal

Chief Technology Officer

Runs the engineering that your patients touch every time they reach your practice through MednBot. Comes from hyperscale consumer infrastructure where reliability is measured in customer minutes — if the system stutters, the customer is gone. Brings that operational discipline to clinical software, where the cost of a stutter is measured in patient calls your front desk has to triage by hand.

HIPAA and clinical-software experience from federal health technology. The platform stays up because the engineer who built it understands what "stays up" actually costs your practice when it doesn't.

Karen Zuckerman

Chief Marketing Officer

Spent four decades getting brand voices to sound like people instead of corporations. Founded HZ (formerly HZDG), a 175-person integrated agency across DC, NYC, Baltimore, and LA, and sold it to BCW (a WPP company) in 2018. Has built the patient-trust voice for hospitals, health systems, and consumer brands that competed on warmth.

Now turns that craft toward the most intimate brand voice in healthcare: the voice your patients hear when they engage your AI Practitioner. Your warmth, your bedside manner, your standard of care, calibrated by someone whose career was making voices feel human.

Eric Brown

Chief Product Officer

Two decades leading product at B2B SaaS platforms that businesses run their day on. The kind of software where if it stutters, customers walk and revenue leaks the same afternoon.

Brings that operational discipline to MednBot. Designs from the daily-usability lens — the staff member opening the platform for the 200th time that month, not the prospect seeing it for the first. The platform has to feel right after the demo wears off.

Andrew Zuckerman

Director, Data, Analytics & Strategic Finance

Owns the analytics that show YOU what the platform is doing for your practice. Recall compliance trends, billable-recheck capture, staff call-load deflection, patient adherence trajectories. Background in private-equity practice economics means he models MednBot against the same metrics your billing manager and practice administrator already track.

Holds a Master's in quantitative finance, varsity football at Tulane University. The numbers you can hand your billing manager, your administrator, and your accountant. Proving the platform is paying for itself, line item by line item, month over month.
