Do I have to replace my EHR?
No. Core and Plus are built to run alongside whatever you use today — nothing to migrate, nothing to rip out. Premium is the tier where MednBot becomes the system of record, and that is a decision you make on your own timeline, not at signup.
What happens to my notes if I stay on my EHR?
HEARD writes the note and suggests the CPT, E/M level, and ICD-10 codes it supports. The note and the codes go into your existing chart the way your team already works. The documentation lift lands on your claim, through your billing.
Is the care-management revenue real?
It is revenue your practice is already entitled to and usually is not capturing. Every check-in the Recovery Agent runs accrues time toward CCM, RPM, and BHI thresholds, with the evidence packaged for physician attestation. Actual capture depends on your payer mix and panel composition.
What does onboarding involve?
Your AI Practitioner is calibrated to your voice, protocols, and clinical style during onboarding. Most practices are live inside a week on Core. Premium takes longer because insurance and payment rails require enrollment with payers and a merchant underwriting review.
