Marc has over three decades of experience in medicine and business. He has founded and led multiple healthcare companies resulting in acquisitions by private and public companies. Some notable examples are: OB-GYN Physician Network, which was acquired by Vivra Healthcare NYSE; Mednetrix, a Physician Web Company, which was acquired by WEBMD NYSE; Birthing Centers of America, which was acquired by Coastal Physicians Group, NYSE), and AMOB, a medical office building development company, which was acquired by a private medical REIT.Marc completed his medical training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Miami Medical School/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed two additional fellowship programs, one in bariatric medicine and the second in addiction medicine. He is an active lecturer for the State of Florida Opioid Response Network, and an instructor of medical students and residents at FAU Medical School.
